Mark and Tony's friendship began in college in 2010, and from the very start, they shared an insatiable curiosity for the world and an unwavering passion for hospitality. Over the past fifteen years, that bond has taken them across nearly thirty countries spanning six continents -- from the sun-drenched coastlines of the Mediterranean to the vibrant night markets of Southeast Asia, the refined wine estates of South Africa to the timeless elegance of European capitals.
Every journey abroad became a masterclass in the art of gathering. They studied the effortless sophistication of Maldivian soirees, the convivial warmth of Italian feasts, the precision of Costa Rican hospitality, and the bold, celebratory spirit found in cultures around the globe. Tony Bowen brings extensive hands-on experience from the bartending industry, having refined his craft in restaurants, resorts, and acclaimed establishments where he mastered cocktail artistry, service flow, and the intuitive ability to elevate any atmosphere. His world travels deepened his palate and his understanding of how the finest venues curate unforgettable guest experiences.
